Personalized CRM Forms and "Client Match" Feature

What if the CRM forms that you use for various purposes could be personalized and have your customer data filled in automatically into the form? 

Now thanks to new CRM forms and a “Customer Match” option, Bitrix24 CRM forms can do just that. In Bitrix24 CRM you can create personalized CRM forms with all the customer data filled in automatically from the CRM card. 

For instance, a client has previously filled out the form once, and now their information is already in your CRM. So, why not use it to save your customers time in the future? Thanks to this option, the client who already exists in your CRM system, won’t have to fill out their personal information each time they fill out the form. 

All CRM forms in Bitrix24 now have this option with no complicated configuration required.
